이에 프랑스 단체에서 다시 한번 사무국 보조 MTV를 모집하게 되었습니다.
4. 모집인원
- 한국인 1명 (총 4명의 Internatinal Volunteers 중)
5. 지원자격 조건
- IWO 회원
- 1회 이상의 국제 자원봉사 워크캠프 경험자
- 원활한 영어 의사소통 및 최소한의 프랑스어 구사 가능자
- 컴퓨터 관련 능숙한 사용자 (MS Office 활용가능자)
- 자원봉사에 대한 마인드를 가진자.
- 사교적이고 원만한 대인관계
- 적극적이고 능동적인 사고 방식
- 예정된 기간을 충실히 활동해야 함.

"Compagnons Batisseurs" is a non profit organisation born 50 years ago.
It aimed at helping a population who had been hard hit by the damage of World War II.
From the very beginning right up to the resent,
"Compagnons Batisseurs" has been putting solidarity
into practice by means of workcamps
- as well as promoting peace and better understanding
between people from all corners of the globe.
Compagnons Batisseurs organize in general around 40 international workcamps in France each years.
This workcamps are organised on the local level by our 4 regional associations
and mainly in the regions of Bretagne, Centre , Midi Pyrenees and Provence Alpes Cotes d’Azur.
Around 600 volunteers from all over the world are host on this camp and we send abroad more than 200.
The general co-ordination and responsibility
to the international partners is carried out in a centralized way
by the international office based in the regional association "Compagnons Batisseurs Grand Sud"
( in Castres - Midi Pyrenees area .)
In order to help to do this successfully
we are looking for a medium term volunteer
in the office from March to 30 September 2003.
Main work to do:
The volunteer would work from Monday to Friday from 10h00 to 18h00 but sometimes more if needed in :
- Placement of the volunteers in France and abroad contacting partner organisations and volunteers
by e-mail, fax, phone and letter.
- Update of our web site.
- Registration of participants using Access.
- Answering crazy questions of volunteers and parents.
- There is also the possibility to be co leader in a workcamp in Midi Pyrenees area during July or August.
Remuneration
Around 350 Euro per month for food and pocket money.
Accommodation
The volunteers will share the apartment of our regional centre,
( small but individual rooms) with 4 others international volunteers.
There is also a kitchen, bathroom, a big living room and a garden.
There will be a real international volunteers community
and people should be willing and able
to share a collective life-style,
which can be an incredible experience,
but needs a little understanding and mutual respect and common rules of course.
Insurance will be provided by our organisation (Civil Liability and Corporal Accidents).
It comes in addition to the usual social insurance.
Volunteers from the EU are advised also to bring their E111 forms.
Be aware that this insurance doesn't cover:
your travel
the theft or the loss of personal belongings.
the use of a private motor vehicle .
Location:
The volunteer would be based in the regional association "Compagnons Batisseurs Grand Sud"
( in Castres - Midi Pyrenees area .)
Castres is a city of 48000 habitants in the south-west of France, 1hour from Toulouse.
The economic activities of the city are focused on textile, small-industries and tourism
The region offers a lot of possibilities for excursions (Carcassonne, Albi etc.)
and outdoor activities (natural park of the region, 2 hours from Mediterranean Sea and the Pyrenees mountains).
Office environment:
The volunteer section is composed by 3 full time staff members.
One who organises the workcamps in Midi Pyrenees area,
one who is dealing with EVS programme and the international officer with who the volunteer will share the work.
Be ready and agree to share a small place with a big smoker.
Applicant requirements:
· Ability to communicate effectively in both spoken and written English ( basic spoken French will be a plus).
· Ability to use a computer, and preferably familiarity with Microsoft Office ( Word, Access, Excel)
· Previous volunteer project experience
· Organised approach
· Good communication skills
· Sense of humour
