IWO에서는


새천년 한일간 새로운 동반자 관계를


형성할 수 있는 젊은이를 찾습니다.





지난 2001년부터


한국 국제워크캠프 단체인 IWO와


일본 국제워크캠프 단체인 NICE의 주최로





4번째 개최되는 TIF (Together in Forest)는


한국과 일본에서 매년 2회씩 교환개최되는


한일 대학생 국제교류 프로그램입니다.





자원봉사 활동과 함께 한일 문화교류를 위한


한일 대학생 교류 프로그램입니다.





본 프로그램에는


한국의 강원대학교 학생과 IWO 대학생 회원


그리고 일본의 대학생들이 참가할 예정입니다.





한국의 IWO산하 강원대학교 국제워크캠프 동아리인 <강원대 캠피>와


일본의 NICE산하 국제워크캠프 회원들이 공동으로 주관하여 실시됩니다.

3. 참가 인원 : 총 20명 (한국 및 일본 대학생 각각 10명씩)

2.합격자 발표 : 12월 2일(화)

3.모집 인원 : 3 명


(7명은 강원대 학생 중 캠피회원으로 자체 선발함)

NICE-IWO/03 Nakatsue (Oita) 14/02-24/02 ENVI 20 vols. (only Korean & Japanese)





BE CAREFUL!! Bilateral workcamp between KOREAN & JAPANESE!!!





Organized together with a local government, a group of forest keepers and


IWO Korea since 02 (Bilateral workcamps are held in Korean and Japan by turns).


This village with 1,600 inhabitants hosted a Cameroon national football team as the


preparation campsite for Korea & Japan World Cup 2002.


In spite of such a wonderful natural heritage, depopulation of youth is serious


here as well as many other villages in Japan.


We aim to help nature protection and to activate the area.





W: We will work in the forest with local people, such as cutting blanches, planting trees and


maintenance of trails. We will also make a big oven to bake some bread, cake and pizza, which will


be utilized by the local community for their cultural activities. Part of Greening Asia.

P: Exchange parties, excursions, home-stay, etc.

L: Nakatsue is a very beautiful village, where 85% of the land is occupied by the mountains and


only 12% is cultivated. It is located near the border with Fukuoka and Kumamoto prefectures.
