NVDA (Network for Voluntary Development in Asia)(사무총장 염진수)가 주최하며
IWO (International Workcamp Organizatin)에서 주관을 합니다.
또한 <유럽자원봉사단체협의회>와
파리 유네스코 본부의 <국제자원봉사조정위원회>에서 후원합니다.
아시아와 유럽의 ASEM 국가에서 온 30여 명의 젊은 활동가들이 모여
국제자원봉사의 리더들을 교육시키는 Trainer를 양성하는 세미나입니다.

INTRODUCTION
As a part of Asia-Europe Training Course of youth training events that ASEF is focusing on, TfT could be a very meaningful and productive traning program for the Asian and European activist on the field of the international voluntary service.
The project aims at spreading international volunteer project in the Asian regions, giving better training for coordinators and project leaders and strengthening the cooperation between Asian voluntary service organizations through TfT Seminar by the cooperation of Alliance.
The participants shall gain better understanding of the functioning of international volunteer project in the active regions, strengthen contacts, draft ideas for further cooperation and develop a better understanding of cultural differences.
The overall focus of the seminar is to facilitate the sharing of experience, resources and ideas on training as well as the collecting the related information and situation between organizations and to help individual organisations develop their own programmes. There is also an aim to build a pool of experienced trainers for future activities to enhance more potential mutual exchanges between Asia and Europe.
The seminars will focus on the aims, objectives and structure of training. It is aimed at those people who train group leaders of international volunteer projects. Participants will share experiences of current issues and practices and develop existing leadership training methods and create a common training module and learn about the different (leadership) ideologies of the organisations, countries. But, participants will also have a chance to think about future training project and network.
